From Trypillia to today
Long before much of the world began to take shape, the ancient Trypillian civilisation was already flourishing on the land of present-day Ukraine. As early as 5,000–7,000 years ago, the Trypillians, our ancestors, had reached a high level of spiritual culture and folk craftsmanship, valued beauty and ran a developed economy.
Inspired by the achievements of Trypillia, Trypillya Sun, founded in the historic heartland of the Trypillian culture, sets out to revive the forgotten traditions of Ukrainian food culture and to bring the best and best-loved tea customs to life — from East to West, from the past to the present day of our glorious Ukraine.
The name Trypillya Sun holds the craftsmanship and knowledge of past generations, modern technology and the extensive experience of our team. We believe every moment deserves to be lived brightly and fully — and a cup of good tea is made for exactly that.
Inspiration

In the same way, our hearts fill with love for our home, our family and our country.

The tea estates we work with are located all over the world and for many decades have inspired our experts to keep improving, creating a drink that lights a small “Trypillian” sun in the heart of every Ukrainian.
We pay attention to the smallest details that affect flavour — from sourcing and selecting the tea leaf to blending herbs, fruits, berries and other natural ingredients. The result is a cup of fragrant, perfect tea in your hands, every time.
Tea workshop
Trypillya Sun is delighted to share its love of tea with everyone and to reveal the full palette of flavours of Ukraine and the world to every tea lover. Direct relationships with growers allow us to go beyond the usual and discover unique new teas, even from small plantations little known to the wider public. We travel the world in search of the finest teas, explore the variety of ethnic blends and recreate the rich diversity of cultures, flavours and experience — and we love sharing every discovery with our customers.
In our tea workshop, our tea tasters — specialists with vast experience and real heart — create our best-loved blends: teas that bring Ukrainians back to their roots, their love and their traditions, and teas that inspire and warm.
