Together with our supplier partners, we are building a comprehensive control system for raw materials and packaging. It is a complete management system that helps us improve the quality of raw materials and finished products and fine-tune our production processes.
We have developed and approved high quality parameters that allow us to assess raw materials and packaging long before they reach our production site. All control measurements are carried out in our certified laboratory right at the factory. Product development and quality control are led by our tea tasters — multiple winners of professional competitions, trained at international schools.
A systematic approach gives us confidence that every sip of our tea will delight tea lovers with its taste and aroma.
